Renu-Space LLC was started in 2009 to meet the needs of a customer that wanted to update their office space but didn't want the hassles and costs associated with employee downtime. The customer’s options of reupholstering or refurbishing their existing furniture were labor intensive, logistically challenging and extremely expensive. That problem resulted in Renu-Space developing a new product and processes which offers an innovative solution to the office furniture industry. The product and process of Renu-Space is Patent Pending. We are able to work with customers to make their existing furniture look like new. The entire office refresh can be accomplished with little or no employee downtime and is only a fraction of the cost to reupholster existing systems furniture.
Renu-Space is a small group of investors that markets this innovative product and process to the office furniture industry. Our OEM factory is Conwed Designscape which handles the manufacturing and shipping of product. Conwed Designscape has been in business for over 75 years and is owned by Owens Corning, a fortune 500 company. The factory has a 400,000 sq ft facility located in Ladysmith, Wisconsin with 82 employees working on the production floor and 23 employees working in the office.
